We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in line with UK consumer law, and offer up to 30 days for eligible items.

✅ What You Can Return:

• Unworn, unwashed clothing in original condition with tags
• Faulty, incorrect, or damaged items
• Wrong size or change of mind — if item is unused and within 14–30 days

⚠️ Return Shipping Costs:

• Faulty or incorrect items: We’ll cover return shipping.
• Sizing issues or change of mind: Customers cover return costs, provided our sizing chart was followed and accurate.

❌ Not Eligible:

• Worn or washed items
• Items returned without tags or outside return window
• Sale items marked final
